​The Armed Drill Team performs at local drill meets carrying drill rifles. They compete in regulation drill, which involves basic drill movements, such as the 15 count manual arms. At the higher levels cadets can perform exhibition routines in which the team can be more creative and show off their skill and finesse with their rifles through a variety of spins and tosses. Being physically fit is important in this team as cadets who participate in these drill events are tested on their discipline, character, and ability to keep calm under pressure.
